The tool itself seems to be the latest version and works well. The problem is the seller did not provide a hard case as pictured. It came with a soft bag and all the stuff just loose inside. In one of the replies the seller says the tool comes with a belt clip. It doesn't, just a bare tool. The soft bag is supposed to have a shoulder strap but even that didn't make it. Overall happy with the tool, just not the bait and switch.
