Product failed approximately 6 months after purchase. I’d definitely pass on this chair. I’m 6’1 and think this chair is better for shorter people but I still found it comfortable. My last office chair lasted for several years, so, I’m not excessively hard on these things. I like to lean back in my chair. As you can see, although it’s designed to lean back, the arm rest fractured clean through in one area and was showing a stress fracture in another area. If you like to lean back I’d pass on this chair. The plastic while looking nice is cheap and weak. Customer service is excellent - however, the arm rest is on back order. Guess this isn’t an isolated incident
