I admit that I'm not the most tech savy person in the world, but that's why I chose to buy something that seemed like it would be simple to use. It's called The Photo Stick, and it sounded like it would be a plug in and get step by step instructions thing. It isn't. After you download the app, what next ? So, I plugged it in to my phone and it started but it wasn't clear what to do next. Choose a folder...how ? What folder ? Finally I figured out that I had to choose the folder that said The Photo Stick. I thought it was asking where the photos were at that I wanted to save... I think I got my pictures saved. Then videos. So, now what ? No indication of what to do to safely unplug it. No button to push--so, I unplugged it from my phone. Of course my phone didn't like that, it scolded me for not safely unplugging it. It shouldn't say it's step by step if it isn't.
