Loved the machine the first time I used it. Got excellent results for such a reasonable price. When I tried to use the machine for a second time several weeks later, the machine would not hold a suction and after several seconds of powering on, would stop dispensing liquid and extracting. I took the machine to an authorized service dealer who told me that the repair was not under warranty (needed new bladder) and the cost of the repair was approximately half of what I paid for the machine. Needless to say, I am hesitant about paying to repair a product I had for less than two months and used only one time. I emailed Bissell Customer Service repair with this information and received a reply that I should take the cleaner to an authorized service dealer. I guess Bissell Customer Service generates auto responses without reading the customer's information. Really bad experience for me.
