He took it to school and they tried tuning it and sent the following note home. -nut is not grooved -bridge misplaced -bridge too high -inappropriate materials used for construction -pegs incorrectly shaped -bow wrong size -bow incorrectly constructed and shaped -feet of bridge incorrectly shaped -fine tunes not reliable, can not be adjusted properly How embarrassing! Do not waste your money!
