I'm surprised this tool gets so many favorable reviews. The quality and fit and finish feels like something you'd find on a no-name tool at a gas station or auto parts store. The stamped metal for the tools is poorly finished and has sharp edges where they shouldn't be. The action of the pivots is so rough and tight that with some of the tools, you cannot get them out by hand; you need another tool to insert into the thumb groove. Even the tweezers have an incredible amount of rough friction when trying to pull them out. I've tried adjusting the pivot tension, but the tools become misaligned (from being poorly stamped) before the level of friction gets down to a reasonable point. I have a Leatherman Squirt and a Victorinox Midnite Manager that are comparable in size to this tool, and they are in a different league in terms of quality. I realize that each of those tools are about double the cost of this one, but the $10-$15 savings is not worth it. Those tools can be used daily, whereas I don't see myself bothering to use this one. I'd return it if it were worth the trouble.
