This is my second review after 4+ years of productive use. (I gave it a 5 star rating). The switch went out on it. But, I could not get in touch with B&D. Their answering telephone robot said that they usually don't return phone calls, so use their website, which was equally unhelpful. I contacted E-parts, who I was able to talk to, but they told me that they could not handle B&D parts, and that I would have to deal with them directly, which was impossible. So, I am in a quandry. I have lots of 40V B&D batteries which they generously supply with their products, but no way to fix the instrument without their assistance. I guess it would be in my best interest order another, but on principal, I can not support the arrogance and incompetence exhibited by B&D.
