I ordered this bp monitor for my Mom the readings were completely inaccurate so I had a replacement come in & the same issues. We had to double check with our home bp monitor everytime as the readings from both of these two cuffs were extremely high. I never leave reviews, but think the end user needs to beware of a product that doesn't do it's job. By the way their product doesn't work & they upcharge you with a processing fee for something that doesn't work not once, but twice!!
