Pad works great BUT...make sure you get the new model (gray border, not totally blue). My 1st one lasted less than 1 month; it got hard as a rock around one edge. It was just past 30 days and Amazon would not replace, refund or credit. After contacting the Green Pet Shop in the Chicago area (who acknowledged the issue with previous model) they provided me with a replacement of their newest product and satisfied me enough that I purchased another. That's what I call great customer service from a company who obviously cares...after all, it is GREEN!
